Data collected
The required fields are product, volume, destination and phone number. Name, company and comments are optional. Attribution data may include the page, referrer, UTM parameters, gclid and fbclid. The website does not request passport, banking or payment details.
Purpose and retention
Data is used to answer the enquiry, prepare an offer and evaluate advertising. Enquiries are retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful communication unless a longer period is required by contract or law.
Services and analytics
Access is limited to authorised staff and necessary service providers. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Meta are activated only after analytics consent. Messenger privacy rules apply when you open WhatsApp, Telegram or Viber.
